Join us as a stallholder at The Market Arcade in Newport alongside the Newport Food Festival. 

This event is outdoors but undercover. 

What’s included in your stallholder booking

• Each standard booking includes one 6ft x 2ft stall space. You will be required to bring along your own table for this event. 

• Readers and therapists may be allocated a smaller table/space where appropriate.

• Additional space is chargeable and can be selected during the booking process, subject to availability.

• Access to power if required. Please bring your own extension leads and ensure all electrical equipment is PAT tested.

• Advertising and promotion through our social media platforms.

• Inclusion within our event trader line-up and promotional content.

We encourage all stallholders to connect with us on social media, share our event posts and tag us in your own content. Promoting the event is a joint effort and helps us reach as many visitors as possible.

Limited Categories

To ensure visitors have a varied shopping experience, we will be limiting the number of businesses offering similar products or services.

Some categories may therefore close once we have reached capacity.

If you are unsure whether your business category is still available, please contact us before purchasing.

Refund Policy

Stall bookings are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to assist where possible, but transfers, credits or refunds cannot be guaranteed.
