Join us as a stallholder at A Magical Christmas Market on Saturday 12th December 2026 at Cwmbran Stadium. 🎄✨

This special festive event will combine everything we love about Christmas with a touch of the magic that Cariad Events Cymru is known for.

Visitors can enjoy a huge indoor Christmas shopping experience filled with festive gifts, handmade products, food and drink, Santa’s Grotto and family activities, alongside a carefully selected mix of spiritual and wellbeing businesses.

We’ll be promoting the event to families, Christmas shoppers and our existing spiritual and wellbeing audience across South Wales, creating an event that offers something for everyone.

You do not need to be a Christmas-specific business to attend. We want to create a varied marketplace combining traditional Christmas shopping with spiritual, wellbeing and magical elements.

Festive displays and Christmas touches on your stall are encouraged to help us create a fantastic atmosphere throughout the venue. 🎄

What’s included in your stallholder booking

• Each standard booking includes one 6ft x 2ft stall space.

• Readers and therapists may be allocated a smaller table/space where appropriate.

• Additional space is chargeable and can be selected during the booking process, subject to availability.

• Access to power if required. Please bring your own extension leads and ensure all electrical equipment is PAT tested.

• Advertising and promotion through our social media platforms.

• Inclusion within our event trader line-up and promotional content.

We’re thrilled to have you join us for this special event!

We encourage all stallholders to connect with us on social media, share our event posts and tag us in your own content. Promoting the event is a joint effort and helps us reach as many visitors as possible.

Limited Categories

To ensure visitors have a varied shopping experience, we will be limiting the number of businesses offering similar products or services.

Some categories may therefore close once we have reached capacity.

If you are unsure whether your business category is still available, please contact us before purchasing.

Table Hire

The venue has a limited number of tables available.

If you require a table, please select “Yes” when checking out. An additional charge applies to cover table hire.

If you are bringing your own table, please select “No.”

Refund Policy

Stall bookings are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to assist where possible, but transfers, credits or refunds cannot be guaranteed.
