OPTIONAL STALL HOLDER PAYMENT PLAN

We understand that ICC Wales is a bigger event and we want to make joining us as affordable and manageable as possible for our stall holders.

For those who would prefer not to pay the full stall fee upfront, we are offering an optional 3-part payment plan to help spread the cost.

If you would rather pay for your stall in full, you can absolutely do so. This payment plan is simply an additional option for anyone who would prefer to break the cost down into smaller payments.

💳 INSTALMENT 1 – DUE NOW

Your first instalment is payable when booking and secures your space at ICC Wales on Saturday 14th August 2027.

💳 INSTALMENT 2 – DUE JANUARY 2027

Your second instalment will be due in January 2027.

We will send you the payment information and deadline nearer the time.

💳 INSTALMENT 3 – DUE APRIL 2027

Your third and final instalment will be due in April 2027.

Once this payment has been made, your stall fee will be paid in full.

✨ PREFER TO PAY EARLIER?

No problem!

January and April are the payment stages for those who want to spread the cost. You are more than welcome to make your next instalment earlier or clear your remaining balance at any point if you would prefer.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE

All payments made towards your stall booking are non-refundable.

By making Instalment 1, you are securing your space and committing to payment of the full stall fee, whether you choose to make the remaining payments early or follow the January and April payment schedule.

If you are subsequently unable to attend, payments already made will not be refunded or transferred to another event.

Failure to make the remaining instalments by the required deadlines may result in your stall space being cancelled and offered to another stall holder. Any payments already made will remain non-refundable.
