This is it… our BIGGEST Cariad Events Cymru event to date! 

In August 2027, we’re taking Cariad Events Cymru to the incredible ICC Wales for a huge day celebrating spiritual, wellbeing, witchy, alternative and independent businesses from across Wales and beyond.

We’re planning something on a completely different scale, with a huge marketplace alongside talks, workshops, demonstrations and experiences throughout the day.

We would absolutely love for you to join us!

STALL SIZES

Please select the pitch size that best suits your complete set-up:

✨ 6ft Pitch
✨ 9ft Pitch
✨ 12ft Pitch
✨ 18ft Pitch

Your selected pitch size is the TOTAL width of the space allocated to you.

Everything you bring — including tables, rails, shelving, display stands, stock, banners and other equipment — must fit within your booked space.

🪑 TABLE HIRE – £10 PER TABLE

Tables are not included in your pitch price.

If you require us to provide a table, these can be hired for £10 per table and must be booked in advance.

Tables provided will be 6ft tables.

For example:

➡️ 6ft pitch + table hire = one 6ft table within your 6ft space.

➡️ 9ft pitch + table hire = one 6ft table within your 9ft space, giving you approximately 3ft additional width for your own display.

➡️ 12ft pitch + two table hires = two 6ft tables within your 12ft space.

➡️ 18ft pitch + three table hires = three 6ft tables within your 18ft space.

Hiring a table does NOT increase the size of your pitch.

You are more than welcome to bring your own tables instead. However, your entire set-up must remain within the pitch size you have booked.

If you use tables larger than 6ft, multiple tables, clothes rails or additional displays, please make sure you book a large enough pitch to accommodate everything.

We will be carefully curating the event to create a fantastic variety of businesses, products and services and to avoid excessive duplication.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

Please book the space required for your complete stall set-up.

You must not exceed your allocated pitch size on the day.

If you have a particularly large or unusual set-up, please contact us before booking so we can make sure we can accommodate you.

All stall holders will be required to hold appropriate Public Liability Insurance and comply with relevant venue, event and trading requirements.

Full information regarding set-up times, unloading, parking, access and final event-day arrangements will be provided to confirmed stall holders closer to the event.

By booking, you are confirming that you have read and agreed to the event booking terms and requirements.
