Join us as a stallholder at the Spiritual & Wellbeing Fayre on Sunday 31st May 2026 at Parkway Hotel & Spa, Cwmbran.  

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products and services at a well-promoted event attracting a wide range of visitors interested in spirituality & Wellbeing. 

What’s included in your stallholder booking:

• Each booking includes one stall space (6ft x 2ft). Readers and therapists will be allocated a 4ft table unless none are available at the venue or you choose to bring your own. Additional space is chargeable, and this option can be selected during the booking process.

• Access to power if required (please bring your own extension leads. All electrical items are required to be PAT tested) 

• Advertising via our social media platforms

PLEASE NOTE we have limited availability for certain stalls at this venue. 

 Table Hire:

Please note: the venue has a limited number of tables available. If you have your own table, please can you bring it. 

Refund Policy:

Stall bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible – we will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee transfers or refunds.
